Is this a bug in the 5000C

The receiver seems to reboot, when adding a transponder while doing manual tuning.
It's possible to work around by just editing an existing transponder.

Is this related to the number of channels/transponders already stored?

My TM 6900 (same basic box) did the same until I cleared out some unused TP's. So yes, it it due to reaching the limit on the number of TP's in the database.

The default set of sats included lots which I could not even see, so I created a new default set in the CT editor and used these, which left plenty of space to add any new tp's as and when I needed to.

I guessed that was possible, since either the old Humax, (or old Samsung) would react funny when the number of Networks was exceeded.
