edg 4.1 nemesis remote problem

I have the above image on my 9100 and every now and then my remote stops working.It is not the batteries.I have to factory reset then add channels and set my sats and usuals.Any one else have this problem and if so is there a fix for it.Any help greatly appreciated.

It's a normal bug with the TM9100 along with many others, which is why I no longer use mine.

Updated to 4.4 nemesis.I will see if that fixes the remote problem.

Never had that problem with any image especially EDG 4.1

You say its not the batteries but have you actually tried new ones ?

Are you by any chance using the original batteries that came with your 9100 as it is well do***ented that they are sh*ite.
Your local supermarkets cheapest brand are better than those ones.

If they are the originals then change them you wont regret it.

I am using rechargable batteries.I will try another set and see if that helps.

Rechargeables.... could be memory loss in the battery then.
