it’s for card sharing over a network, so it’s possible to have a pay-tv card in one receiver and share with another, in your network or anywhere really via the internet.

i thought incubuscam can only be used as a client. so you can not share your own card? or am i wrong?

oh my mistake you are right just checked, but that is an explination on card sharing then.

if i select incubus on my 9000 what else do i have to do to get things working ?
i am connected to net permantley, up to now i keep changing softcam when neccassary using mgcamd

IncubusCamd is no good unless you have access to cards. Either your own or someone else's.

Have a look in the conf and you will see a example. You can connect to cards that run under newcs or you can connect to cards that run under CCcam.

Unless you have access to a c/s group then there is no point you using this emu.

Stick with mgcamd and softcamkey. I don't know what is open on mgcamd and softcam, last time I used that setup was over 3 years ago.

cheers, at this moment in time i have no access to any c/s, i presume this is the way to go but cannot find any links etc to car- holders .
regards mgcamd and softcam theres nothing really apart frov digi tv 1west
obviousley if you aint used this for 3yrs c/s must be better.
