Please help: How to watch BEN TV and NigeriaMovies

I am using dreambox dm800 hd with Nabilo v 6.0 images and CCam 2.0.11
The problem I am having is that I am not able to watch some suppose free channels on Eurobird 28.2.

Channels like BEN TV, AIT TV, NigerianMovies and some other free to air channels are not showing on my dreambox.

Is there anything I need to do so as to watch all these free channels.

Please help.

Try loading a channel list, that way you will know that the channels are there.
If you still can't see them then you know you dish is not aligned correctly or you have the tuner configuration set up wrong.

Thanks Sonic1, I can see the channels there but when I go to the channel it is blank screen with message 'tune failed'.

Have you tried to do a fresh channel search on 28.5E, and see if that helps ?

yes, I have done scanning so many times, still I cannot get it working.

Are you getting any FTA on 28.2e ?

Yes, I am able to watch all the BBC Channels, all the ITV channels, but cannot watch FTA channels like: BEN TV, NTAI, God Channels, History, HiTV, CNN, AIT, AIT Movistar and all other FTA channels.
