In another thread Rabby metions that the max symbol rate the panny can manage is below 30000. Does anyone know if there is a way into the menu system where you could edit this or perhaps a software solution? If it is possible to change it would be good with a diablo just for 1w HD.

Only two transponders are affected and there is nothing than can be done, unless Panasonic release a software upgrade.

You can get get some good HD channels on 1° with a Diabo that are below S/R 30000.

I think (???) that it can handle SD channels at 30000 but not HD channels.

Thanks Burnham, maybe if enough owners asked panasonic to include it in a ota s/w upgrade they may do it, after all its also sold in europe.

Just done a scan on [12015H ] Services found [ Discovery HD , Eurosport HD , BBC HD , Kanal 5 HD ] All are showing the same programme [ Must be Testing ] Anyway just doing a Full Scan to see what else is New?? This takes upto 45 Minutes:respect-048:

You should have a test card for National Geographic HD on 1W too.

I found it last weekend.

Sorry don't know the frequency, as am currently only at the house with motorized dish at weekends.

National Geographic HD Working fine m8;) Just noticed as well [ History HD , tv4 HD ,TVNorge HD , Animal Planet HD ] + [ Discovery HD , Eurosport HD , BBC HD , Kanal 5 HD ] All seem to be showing the same !!!! Must be testing:cheers2:

Thanks for the feedback RABBY, you are getting the same as me. It doesn't work on the two S/R 30000 transponders.

It's ok on the two S/R 25000 transponders.
