Hi Chaps,
Im having problems finding any channels on 16 East.
I have a 1metre dish and lm from the Midlands.
I have decent signal levels on 19 East, 13 East, 5 East and 1 West
Looking at Lyngsat, which Free to Air Channels have a strong signal, that l can try to tune to.
many thanks

thanks Chaps,
I have managed to finally get a signal on 16 East
Signal Level is 58%
Signal Quality is 70%
However, l no signal for any of the DigitalB channels...can they be received on a normal Humax 5400 or would l need a HD Satellite Receiver?
digit alb have got HD transponders and the 5400 will not pick up these but the others the 5400 will pick up fine you will of course need a diablo in the CI to receive colours.
Some 5400 tuners have more gain than others but you will receive a good signal from your location whatever the tuner

thanks Dez,
I have the Diablo 2.3
But cant manage to pick-up a decent signal on these non hd channels unfortunately
The FTA channels have a decent enough signal, but no signals from the non hd channels on digitalb

maybe you will have to put the frequencies in manually through advanced search. with a signal strength like that you shouldnt have a problem.
11055v 27900
11094v 27900
11449h 27500
not all stb's have the frequencies in their factory setting.
