Guys,

Been trying to pick up a feed on Saturdays now for a couple of weeks but can't scan it in. It's a DVB-S2 transmission on 7 east 11061 V S/R 20926.

I have seen this posted now a few times on the satellite web feeds site but just can't get a signal. I can scan other DVB-S2 transponders on my TT budget 3200 so I know the device works fine.

Anyone had any luck getting this TP, I have a 90cm dish btw.

I can't find any Feed in High Definition on that bird 7 east, do you have a HD receiver ?

Hi Glenn,

Yes I have the Technotrend HD PCI card for my PC. I can pick up all normal DVB-S2 transmissions but never this one when it's posted by the feed hunter on satelliteweb

Seems it has premier league in HD on a Saturday, but I scan and find nothing.

Strange, I can lock it just fine with the same DVB-S2 tuner card. The frequency & symbol rate you posted are correct; the FEC should be 3/4, although it’s not needed as the TT S2-3200 doesn’t use it anyway. All I can think of is that your signal from W3A might be too weak to get a lock…

Keep in mind that feeds usually have much lower signal strengths than regular DTH signals. So even though you might get a decent signal from the regular transponders on this satellite, feeds will be harder to lock if your signal is low to begin with.

Also note that the feed in question is encrypted in BISS, and the keys are not public.

Thanks for the reply, I didn't know it was encrypted in BISS I thought it was FTA, never mind hey :banghead:

What size dish do you have?
