I have L53 channel list but cant seem to find 9east Eurobird, does anyone know of any updated channel list with this on as the last update of this channel listing was Sep08

Hi Jay.
Eurobird 9E should be included in Eutelsat W1 (10 E) in laurals list.
Do you get a signal there? Is it really Eutelsat W1?
In my case I did, but the position actually corresponded to 16 E (do not know why).
I had to move some 90 1x steps to the left (W) until I got a signal that was really Eutelsat W1/Eurobird 9E.
I then scanned for the channels I wanted... and got them.

Will try this, I have had to do steps east and west for other satelites listed on the list.
