dreambox stand by

can the dreambox dm500s be damaged by being on all the time?
is it better to put it on standby or turn it off from time to time?
and when itis stand by, does it continue to share the servers through ccam?

better put it on standby whem not in use
yes share works fine whem in standby

i have this problem.i have newcs+cccam,when i put the db500 at standby tthe newcs stop working.why this happen,can anyone know a solution for this?
