Installing skins

Sorry to sound dumb but once I have downloaded a skin (HD Glass, posted here) how do I then install it to DB 800.
Have only installed skins via the blue/green panel before.

Download the file and extract the folder, now ftp the whole file to usr/share/enigma2
Chmod the folder and then every other folder and file in the other folders.
755 for everything to be sure it all works.
