Hello
i'm doing some test with my BOX and would like to know how much time your DM800 or DM800 clone take to boot...
here are the stats for mine... i tried
Strangely the first boot after install is more fast than others boot for on my dm800 with BH07;
of when i un plug power during 1mn at least before plugin it again to boot the dreambox
it's fast also when i make an reset setting...

Without network
1/ 8mn 46s
2/7mn 05s
3/6mn 34s
1/1mn 58s (after unpluged the power chord, i waited 1mn before replug it - the box have booted very quickly compared to other times)

With network configured
1/15mn
2/11mn 58s
3/7mn 40s
4/9mn 46s

With Ozon 20081129 cvs (network configured)
1st boot (after flash) 4mn 38s
2/ 1.57
2/ 2.00

Can someone give me an extimation of his DM800 boot during time
Thanks
Ced

Something is not right with your set up.

Are you running images on USB or HDD ?

When you loaded OoZoon or any other image to flash what else are you adding to the image.

Even a clone does not perform that badly unless you have a hardware problem of some sort.

Hi Sonic,
i don't have stick or HD plugged in the dreambox
On BH07, BH05 i only have installed ccccxxx 2.11 installed...

For Ozon, nothing installed, just configured network, scanned an transponder and rebooted... with network active like with others images...

Ok, with OoZoon in flash the box is ok?

If yes how does the box perform if you then have BH0.7 on USB ?

I see on Nabilo you ask about 5400 HDD, I never recomend running the image on the HDD as it is always running the HDD.

If you find OoZoon good on the flash then leave it alone.

Test and let us know how you get on.

But Sonic, i don't have found Emu (ccc..m 2.xx) in the Ozoon Full (not lean) i have downloaded...
I don't have find Blue panel (blue-green) depending on image...

This afternoon i will go to see the reseller to see if he can replace me the box...

So running image on HD isn't recommanded... i suppose because of HEAT...
and if it's on an externe powered sata HD ?
