:toetap05: hi just upgraded my st500 software by computer for the first time worked for a while now my dish has stalled to the west mechanlcal stop cant move it any suggestions

Hi DANJONES i have the ST550 and its happened with mine on several occasions and how i get out of it is to switch it off at the mains for 5-10 minutes and then start it back up and move the dish on the Positioner Setup 2 page but remember to move it the oppisite way to the way it jammed.All the best yorick
