Suggest a quick google as I believe this probably means you need a new tuner. If you have had from new, I guess you have enjoyed some good service from it, I know I did with mine, but like all good things, they come to an end eventually...
I replaced mine (6 years old) with a TM6900 and I have to admit it's the best upgrade I ever made ;)
Best thing was I made decent money selling my old AD3000 on fleabay, meant the TM cost me less than £100

concur with mrbleu there - i had good service from 2x echos - last one being a 3600 via ip which i sold via loot @ 4 years old in good working order - upgraded to a Technomate 6900 HD Super combo with external HDD for pvr etc. - light years more advanced than the already excellent echo. Time to move on m8y

My venerable old Echostar AD3000IP has recently developed a quirk which may be an early indication of the same problem as kirky1423 is experiencing. When first switched on, it shows good signal then after 30 seconds the screen goes black and it shows no signal. After another 30 seconds, the signal comes back and everything is fine from then on.

Shouln't think both tuners are duff. Try for an analogue signal on 19E, say 10.729V.
