83e-Tatasky, 93,5e- SUN dth with 2,10m

i get tatasky 0944 in eastern europe( Bulgaria -Black sea cost) with 2m dish , lnb inverto 0.3db
i have 1 transponder( 11010H 27500) of tatasky 0944 , signal 9.60 db dreambox800HD.
need peer with 0944 to test chanels. i jast want to test to open this transponder. pleace help will add screenshots

stil not answer from peer with tatasky at 83e.
in this time i tested at far east , and now get 90e( 10.2db) and 93,5e( 7,3db)
mani free indian chanels and more encripted. all 223 chanels at 93,5e
