Help listings site needed!!!

Hi guys
now dont get me wrong this site has been part of my satellite routine for years & is excellent but does anyone know of a listings site where i can get film listings ( incl HD) for digi alb , digitv , premeire , etc , hope you can help as just getting my technomate HD box up & running today:respect-050:

this is what I use for digifilm just click on the icon, there is a little calender in the top left so you can go forward days as well
