tm5400ci+ digitv says scrambled!

hi, i just uploaded the latest patch for my reciever 2009-02-18 but still says scrambled on digitv, what do i have to do or get?
any softcams? if so where from?

Remember to Disable Digi Tv auto update

menu> options> DigiTv AU is on > Turn this to OFF exit save new settings

Then send the Softcam.
