Me too - files are normally .ipk but this one is a .bin

this cant be installed
this is a file for the image teams to use
u will need to have a ipk or nfi file to be able to use
normaly this bin file is posted so the teams can test if all ok the ipk and nfi file comes out

Looks like a 'catch 22' with secondstage loader..
tried to install Barry Allen 4.6.86 and got this error:-


now checking if image in Flash uses latest secondstage loader ...
secondstage loader wrong, upgrade Flashimage or Loader to 71 first !!!
new loaders can be found as ipk for dm8000 at www.dreamboxupdate.com
preinst script returned status 1

tried to install Barry Allen 4.6.86 and got this error:-

IMHO thats why If you're using multiboot you are better having Oozoon as the flash image, this morning at the press of the update button my Oozoon flash image not only updated the second stage loader to 72, drivers to 06/03 but also BA to the latest 4.6.88.

Oh no it won't ... bootloader version wrong!
So... how to upgrade (or even install) the bootloader??
Same in Oozoon!
