TM197,problems

As I posted elsewhere,197 causes problems,requesting pin but also if you press radio/tv the set goes to tv,at 30 deg west,only cure is save all settings factory reset then reload 196 then latest keys,then put your channels back in and reset your settings this removes the problems.
dont know how many machines this is affecting mine is TM1500ci.

How do you get sat radio to work.

on the remote you should be able to switch between Sat TV/Radio
if no radio channels available you have to scan for the radio channels first. Should be explained in the manual. can't assist with this don't have the TM1500ci

switch between SAT TV and SAT Radio
left side of remote
first row: on/off , mute
3 rows numeric
5th row with 0 in the middle

6th row, first button is the switch Sat TV/Radio

if no radio channels:
scanning radio channels: autonavigation (p17) use search type ALL

If you read my first post you will see that with 197 this does not work it just sends the motor to hispasat

goto to the manual page 38, verify your remote controler and set it to the correct one: Type 1 or Type 2

go in the menu to password
key 0000
goto bottom of that page on screen
change to the remote you have.
