Dreambox 500s Clones

Just done a search online for 'dreambox 500s' ... WOW! How cheap?:svengo:
Without saying price or where, these are obviously clones, but looking at the mixed views of Dreambox owners and their experiences with dreambox, is it worth paying extra for the real thing? Or are clones really ok to use? :chinese-bow-005:

All 500s are clones as DMM don't make them anymore.
Clones are ok as long as you avoid Gemini Images:respect-050:

I think I know what road I'll go down now.
Reading between the lines of other users, the clones seem to be just as good as the real thing, but, as you say, without using gemini images.
Can't actually believe how cheap these things are!! ... especially with their potential!
