From what I can tell, the accepted configuration for this is to have the dish centred on 19e with the lnb for 28e sitting to one side.
Has anyone tried it the other way round, with the dish centred on 28e and the 19e lnb to one side? I'm using an 80cm dish. Will the 19e LNB pick up enough signal?

Hi kenny
Tried and working, Located in the Midlands UK. with 1m mesh dish centred on 28e, with quad LNB to a $l<Y+ HD receiver, with 2 LNB's for 19e and 13e sitting to the Right (as you look at the Dish, that is).
Needed the best signal for the $l<Y+HD box.so gave it a try
Do lose a couple of channels on 13e when it rains Heavy, but generally it works Great. and perfect signal from 19e
depends on your location?
your dish size, form (O or 0) and position?
a lot depends on the LNB's (spacer) mount and if it works now with 19.2E and 28.2E (the LNB's distance has to cover for the 9°)

Brief update. I finally found time to have a look at this, and was astounded at how relatively easy this was to setup. Knocked up a home-made bracket joined to the main lnb arm, and I'm getting an excellent signal from my offset 19e lnb. Well chuffed.....
