Extract img dm500 backup image

Hi guys.

Just wondered if there was a way to open/extract a backup image of a dm500? The image I have seems to have become corrupt in that it will not load the image, but there are some files in the image I would like to extract from it...

Is there any way to get into this img file at all?? Linux etc would be no probs, but just don't know how!

grrr, really annoying me. Tried mounting it as cramfs, and getting problems because of endianness... Is there any way to add cramfs support to my dm800 to be able to try and mount it on there?

Please help guys :)
