need help after fitting new hard drive to tom tom go 700

hi guys as the title says my hard drive on my tomtom failed so i have fitted a new one but i dont have a back up can anyone point me in the right direction for maps and activation and anything else i need thanks in advance

hard drive very iteresting can a larger one be fited to tomtom one ??

You can solder a sd adapther and micro sd card into your one.
Take a look on google for this projekt it can be don if you do it carefull . greets

done a lot of home work and a 8 gb transend compact flash fits straight in place of the hard drive

fitted a compact flash in the hard drives place got everything working now except the postcode part any advice please
