Thor/1* west dish problem

I have set up a 1m fixed dish at the Thor/1* west satellite @180 degrees magnetic and 28.7 elevation and a .3 lnb but I get no signal and I cant understand why. My receiver is a HDCI2000. please help thanks

Your 180 & 28.7 mean nothing really. Everybody's figures will be different because we all don't live in the same street.
Keep tweaking little movements at a time and I am sure you'll find it.
It won't be where you expected it to be.
It took me a while as 1 west is a good deal higher up on the horizon that 28.2 astra.
