I am having a problem with a TP that is giving tuner failed 0% snr.

it does it on two different dm800, with different images BH0.7 and BH0.9 on different motors and dish setups

if i goto setup>service searching>positioner setup>tune

goto the said TP and check the details of it, it is set to Modulation 8PSK , so if i change it to Modulation QPSK click ok and then it shows a signal in the positioner menu.. if i change it back to Modulation 8PSK then there is 0% snr. so i change it back to Modulation QPSK which is the right setting, click ok, exit the position menu, it asks do i want to zap back YES/NO it doesnt matter which one i chose, it takes me back and the channel is DEAD again, tune failed % SNR

so the problem i think is the TP needs to be Modulation QPSK , but the dm800 wont save it as it..

now your turn, how do i fix this? LOL

thanks

its ok , sorted it with a manual rescan and chosing QPSK
