settings problem

can anyone tell me why ; i load settings ok to the 800 , the problem is after watching a channel in a bouquet and then move to another bouquet and watch channel there , then move back to original channel but it seems to have disappeared from bouquet the only way i can access the channel is by boing the All menu and flicking alphabetically till i find it. hope someone can understand what im saying and help.
