How good or sensitive is Octagon tuner?

Hello guys,

Does any have any comments about SF918HD tuner sensitivity or tuner "fine tuning" or AGC or what ever, it's in the Octagon manual? Does it help for weak signals?

Not it does not. Sensitivity a bit lower than say Globo 4100C, and also, due to absence of blind scan (and auto tuning circuitry), can't lock low SR channels.

So definetly not sat hunter tuner.

it helped in my case where I had to get a bad signal from the turkish channel atv which is on the ******* 42°, just played with the agc value and the pixxels went away, sure it wont work with all low signal channels but in most cases it works.
