Firmware help please

I'm new to this box.

Is their any do***entation/site which explains the differances between each firmware? I have upgraded to the lastest an have noticed extra options.

This will be the first question of many.

Firmware status currently is beta... guess it will be this way until June or so... You can find release notes or changes on each one.
