Last night I was on TomTom home and I added some POI warning voices onto my TomTom ONE XL, with the intention of using the different warnings to indicate the different type of speed camera's i.e. mobile / speks etc, instead of just using the default beeps or bongs..

But when I select these voices they dont work, my TomTom is just completely silent..

However if I connect to TomTom home and use the "Operate my TomTom" function, they work ok..

Any idea's why they dont work on my actual TomTom ?

What sort of warning sound files are they ?
If they are .ogg files - did you name them correctly & put them into your map folder ?

Here's a set of .OGG warning sound files for the UK Zoned camera files - if you want to try them you need to put all the files into the map folder (& check there is a .OGG file for each speed camera .OV2 file).
The warning sound is a 'Siren' & then 'Warning Speed Camera In 30 Seconds'
