Cant get DB to move Motor help please

Hi all,Im trying to set my DB up with my Motor but having no luck,ive read some posts on here about it but just cannot get it to move,any pointers?cant even get it to move manually in the positioner set up menu assuming i should be able?:confused:TIA for any help.

Also, what is the motor you have? Some require more power than output by the dreambox, so you need to use the increased voltage option...
