Again..

can you help me to find some tutorial for mounting PC HDD to DM800?
currently I don't have any external or internal HDD, I just want to try recording to PC's winchester.
I use windows XP and latest Gemini 4.2 on DM800.
Can I do this only by manual commands or via blue panel automatically as well?
Do I have to mount HDD after reboot again?
Any help is appreciated.

Btw...I have 4GB USB stick (used for Barry Allen), is it possible to record to USB stick? How?

brgds,

it's possible, can't remember the exact way, but if you google cifs or nfs and dreambox, it should give you the answer. Most people just find it so much easier to just install a hdd into the box. If you can afford £350-£400 on the box, then surely you can afford an extra £30 for just a basic hdd...
