Its now been exactly a year since we have had any updates for our beloved 5400's, which is odd considering in the month before HOT 11.1 came out there were 5 new updates available starting with 10.7, then it stopped dead, It would be nice if Planet Hemp and the team could once again bring us up to date with a few more packages, I'm getting a bit bored with Digi and my dish motor is starting to seize on 1west. :respect-060:

There are no new public hacks to implement. These days all new hacks are only for Diablo and G*a*m*m*a.

HI its being the best box but like every thing its time has past, iam just waiting to upgrade will wait to see what opens next ? hope next box lasts has long has humax 5400 thanks

Not for me with Diablo Light ver 2.3, i have 2 Humax 5400's and they are
great receivers especially during the best days 2000/2006 but not much
left now and with new receivers on the market the Humax i think has had it's day i'm afraid.
I have now put my 2 Humax up in the loft with the mothballs, cannot use
with the Diablo cam on C+NL becauase of so many freezes in UW 171 to
174, so now using old Technomate 5500 CI Super with no problems.
My Humax 5400's have been fantastic receivers both now 9 years old and they have never broken down at all.
Hoping they still have a future and would like to think they will open new
packages some day again.
