Lost HD channels 28.2

i've lost the channles on transponder 11856V 29500 3/4.........i've checked on king of sat and lyngsat and nothing different there.

the channels are Family HD, FX HD, Screen 2 HD, Premier HD......

is there a special method of scanning these in ?

I get 0 services found when scanning those details , must be something I aint doing right , lol ;)

found you use the dvb-s2 for it , lol :)

just scanned 'em in mate all 4 are there.

menu>set up>service searching>manual scan----single transponder.
