need more info ....someone please:banghead:
check your line of sight here:
http://www.dishpointer.com/
give your address and select satellite 23.5°E
check if your receiver has the transponder for that sattelite in it's list:
http://en.*********.net/pos-23.5E.php famous satellite transponder list
Astra 3A (23.5E) - 11635.00 V - Txp: 10 - Beam: Germany
DVB-S2 (QPSK) - 28500 9/10 - NID:61441 - TID:10006
your receiver should be able to handle those streams, think this is mpeg2? (DVB-S/DVB-S2 Satellite Compliant (MPEG-2/ MPEG-4/ H.264)
Have you loaded the 6800HD_674p on to your 6800 HD, see respective sub forum(s) regarding these.

thanks for your message,I do not know how to do this,as i am fairly new to my stb
can you help further?:respect-049:
select the sattelite: 23.5E Astra 1E, 3A
it will show a map display of your location and the line of orientation of your dish (the green line) if there is no obstacle (trees, flats, ...)
it will also show the parameters for your dish:
Elevation: 24.5° (up/down (tilt))
Azimuth (true): 149.6°
Azimuth (magn.): 152.4° (orietation)
LNB Skew [?]: -9.9° (left turn of the lnb) should have markings on the lnb.
you need a USB memory stick.
https://www.satpimps.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=185
go there and pick the right model (6800 HD or 6800 HD super) put it unzipped on the usb. plug usb in the STB. Select USB on the remote and select the file. Make sure you don't interrupt the power to the STB and let it finnish the writting.
go here:
https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=63673
and download the latest TM s...
put it also on the stick and use same procedure.
If the first is not loading, you have selected the wrong model.

Comes on a 78cm Triax Dish (just with a 6900) in Torksey Lincolnshire (one I fitted)
but the signal drops off a bit as you go west
I did get it just on a 1 metre Dish in Bradford 0.2db LNB

Should be ok on BOTH stbs, whichever you have M8 - long as you use the correct patch for YOUR stb, e.g. TM6800HD Super - or plain model!:bravo-009:
