Now what are these:
MEGASAT Diavolo Quad LNB 0.1dB HD-Ready
# Low power consumption
# Input frequency: 10,7 - 12,75 GHz
# Excellent noise figure from 0,1 dB

Any difference from the regular ones like smart titanium or .............

I receive HD with these:
MTI AP8-T2 0,6 db (my old SD lnb's +- 3 years old)
Alps BSTE8-751B 0,3dB (multi lnb 19.2°E 23.5°E: could not fit 2 MTI next to each other, angle is to close)
think it is more important to see in what situation you are using an lnb.

dish size
motorised dish
watching satellite positions in outer border footprints (weak signals)

universal LNB is still unversal, you get a signal or you don't, my opinion.

The 0.1 db means that You could get a better picture if You are just at the edge of the footprint.

All new (good) LNBīs have 0.1 or 0.2 DB:respect-050:

lol my toaster is HD ready but my kettle isnt ,,defo a sales gimmick HD broadcasts come through LNB same signal as every other broadcast

not quite the same m8,a uni received analouge and digital signals,and a digital lnb just digital signals,know what you mean though
