hi guys
I'm looking for the net adress for internet update to download latest os/sw for azbox hd...
I've checked the default adress on the box but latest update wasn't there ,I've tried USB; no luck :(

HOME -> Plugin -> OpenXCAS -> Red button -> it's there!!!

OpenXCAS -> OK on your remote -> Manual Install -> OK and again, it's there!!!

Edit the link if necessary. But that is no the case right now.

It doesn't always show up on the download list straight away. Why didn't it work from USB? It did for me, after some teething trouble :redface:

To get mine to work,

I had to format my USB stick in Fat32(not the quick format) copied the patch.bin(not the rar or zip) accross.
Turned the box off at the back via the switch.
Plugged in the USB stick and turned it back on.

Then got the option to upgrade.

if stick has u3 inside it will not work for your information

Check this post:

Download the file use winrar to unpack it.

Copy the patch.bin file at the root of your USB stick, then proceed with the update.

Now 2032 is available for download from settings menu/over internet .

I am using 2gb Cruiser with U3 and it works fine (FAT)
Installed 2032 using that USB stick.

Hello,

When you test with stick do you format totally your stick to put only the patch.bin at the root of it (so no other folder or file)?

Read in the user guide, you will see that if a file or a folder contains and invalid caracter (for Azbox) in the name file it get stuck and didn't display the other files.

So it is important to test with a totally empty stick.

I've tried with cruiser but I couldn't manage to format the u3 partion etc. And it didn't worked for me after all,I've tried with another unbranded 1gb stick ,done the same things like format etc. And it worked and I've updated the box...
