problem upgrading firm

hi there i tried to upgrade the new firm from azbox menu,and did ok untill 100% but the thing is the box keeps with the message upgrading for a long time and stops
i tried to turn off the box severial times and it did the same.
my internet connection is good and i did in the past the same ,and everything was ok

download patch.bin put it to the usb-stick reboot box then choose usb option and upgrade ll start

This happens because you didn't perform a datareset before upgrading through internet.

Correct steps to follow:

1 - Back - up your settings
2 - Perform datareset
3 - Upgrade through internet

Now you will see that it works correct.

I can reproduse this problem everytime, if you don't do a datareset before upgrading through internet 9 out of 10 times it goed wrong and hangs on upgrading.

So switch off power switch on a again, back up your settings, perform datareset and upgrade through internet
