TM-1500 CL+ , problem

always after i download the latest key and patch the TM-1500 , after i turn on the TM-1500 the channels gone again, so i need to put the keys again all the time after i start the TM-1500,
can anybody help me please...

Have you got AU on or off?

i try with AU on, and off, but it does't work.
do you know when i put the keys on , do i have to switch the TM off, or not?

The patches after 296 tend to cause that and other problems - try going back to patch 296 (date of 18/02/09) - that seems to solve such problems for most of us:)

Sorry - should add, then reload latest softcam keys with AU set to off first!

v296 works ok, before you load the softcam turn digitv au off, before you connect your dish check it is still off.

If you load the keys at your pc and have to move it afterwards back to your tv or whatever the later versions lose the keys when the box is powered off,
v296 should be ok though.
