BBC HD have new vids and pids. Here is an extract from my Technisat file:

hi holmroad,
I'm gonna guess it's Astra 2 as the "normal" BBC HD. Notice Root=ASTRA2.
I'll check when I have an moment and see if my HCDCI2000 can find this on ASTRA 2...

Yes, found it on Astra2 (together with BBC 1 W (East), BBC 1 CI, and 6495), but FEC was 5/6, not 3.
There also seem to be 5 channels (3850, 3851, 3852, 3853, 3854) which are now encrypted... but earlier one or two were not and they were showing BBC HD:
11855, V, 29500, 3/4
