Can any1 point me in the right direction for an upto date channel list for 28.2 ie same lay out as sly, all channels, entertainment, movies, sport etc etc

I dont know if something like that exists, but you can easily modify your settings with a tool named dreamboxedit (https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=93184). Follow this (https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=56338) guide. There is an option to create your own bouquets as well.
