Should point out that my 500 was s/h and the 600 had a fault although it was sold as new but v. cheap on 3bay.

The 600 fault was that the serial port is naff but with help from friends on here and Nab I eventually mastered the ethernet route for uploading a new image etc.

I fitted a 160 GB to the 600 and it is a great little box which is currently recoding 48 hours of Pr Sp in case we lose DigiTV for good. :)
