sky hd box

hi guys, could i have some help please. i want to get itv hd on my sky box. i have the new epg but i cant find itv hd. could somebody plase tell me how to do this, and if i can only do this while itv is broadcasting hd. im hoping to be able to watch the fa cup in hd. cheers chippy.
