Is Multicanal (30W) off?

I have not been able to get any of the Multicanal channels since two or three days ago. My 5400 shows there is a good quality signal but the screen is black and I haven't seen any key change posted.

Any comments will be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks nosmo king. I don't understand why I can't get it. No problem with fta channels on 30W.
