Turn OFF EMM function in FW

Is there a way to turn OFF/ON (block) EMM function in Vantage FW for CONAX?

Yes, it is just enter 9999 at the menu/defaults settings.
When You want to return to Emu, You just enter the 9999 again.

But that just turn the EMU off and on, not the EMM & ECM function or have i wrong?
