You can access the HDD through the Azbox PC and FTP?
If yes, how to proceed?

I use winscp.

make sure in the setup/settings menu on the azbox you have in Network settings SSHD and FTP enabled.

under system information get the ip addie of the azbox.

in winscp

new
host name is azbox ip addie 192.168.1.66 say for example

Is this normal???

Hello,

Yes transfert speed is blocked to 20 Mbps on the Azbox for the time being, because with higher bit rates there is problem.

This should be fixed with the new sigma drivers, once this part is rewrite to use them.

I am not talking about the communication between the PC and Azbox.

How come only as the Hard Disk connected to Azbox to put content there!

You can access the HDD through the Azbox PC and FTP?

You need to clarify your question, then. Clear as mud, as they say...

I have 1 Hard Disk linked to the Azbox HD Elite, through USB.

I ask: As I can enter in the Hard Disk through the PC, managing files?

So you want to access the HDD connect to your Azbox Elite from your PC, right?

If so the easiest way is to use a FTP program to connect to it and do the file transfert (typically Filezilla will do it). Check that the transfert is set to binary and not ASCII.

Filezilla is a program to download and install on your PC.

And in the Azbox -> Home -> Configuration -> Network Service -> FTP (enable)

Check that FileZilla is using the standard FTP port 21/tcp.

If you enable SSH then you will need to use the port SFTP port 22/tcp.
