new lnb on greg 90

Hi all

Will got my new lnb invacom snf-031 on today replace it with my old genesis 3 i got ubout 9 years ago but there is no deference at all (good buy that was ) never mind.I can receive nilsat 7w but only 11862 v city 7 tv etc,but did get them before I relise its a very clear day so dont expect to get them all time.I did look at my settings on my echostar 3000ip it is on universal 1 i take that is correct with this lnb?
Would i get any better when i get new receiver tm6900combo?

the signal comming in would be the same. The processing in the box may open the signal earlier or later. See if you can have a try before you buy with a demo unit. You have now these models:

TM-6900HD COMBO
TM-6900HD COMBO Super
TM-6900HD COMBO Super + all (c/w)ould deliver different results.

It's not your receiver but the size of your dish and quality & low noise Lnb also you have to point your dish real good.

In the early days of Gregorian dishes the LNBs were specifically tailored to the much smaller acceptance angle of the intermediate reflector.

I don't know if that is true now so we need an expert to advise on dish/LNB combinations..

Most Grego lovers use the SNF-031 0.3dB like me on my 0.9 and 1.2 Delta Star.

dont buy tm 6900 super or plus buy another reciver the tm has no software support and is no good for cs tried and tested it a load of bull get the dm800:willy_nilly::beatdeadhorse5 :

Lexmark will have a look but i think i had read that they have no hdmi but dvi do they deliver the same results?
