Can the AZBox display NTSC channels properly?

Had someone ask me this question as he wishes to watch
MSNBC on Telstar 12 at 15W
Unfortunately my dish isn't big enough to receive it, so I'm wondering if some helpful person could give it a go for me please?
He is particularily concerned about being able to display it through HDMI.

I remember someone posting that NTSC worked... I know this receiver is also sold in America so it must work with correct settings.

Yes Azbox support PAL and NTSC but in digital world the only difference is the refresh rate in SD format: 50 Hz for PAL and 60 Hz for NTSC.

But the real notion NTSC / PAL / SECAM no longer exist in the digital world.
