A dish 1.5 will do in the SW of the UK to receive 5 west.

i get it in bristol on a 1.2 ,
I have 1.2m and 1.8m Channel masters, I believe they are worth having as i mounted them well 24 and 15 years ago respectively, appart from changing a lnb have never had to do anything to them as the sats that we use keep changing over the years.
I think we could soon be in for another change. Have been for ages thinkng of changing the 1.2 for a 2.4 channel master but know what you mean about the wife!!! It will stand about 10' - 12' height thats the prob with the wife.

feeds have always been my thing ! though my mrs likes comedy,SO any pointers in that direction would be useful !
can anything else apart from 1w be opened with the technomate at the moment ?
i'll stick a pic up next week when the beast is re-instated ! :respect-051:

thanks guys ! ! ! the weathers not inspired a venture to the garage yet ! !
bring back the nice dish installation weather, fighting the wind and rain with a 1.5meter dish loses its appeal somewhat :nopity:
