I have heard that the I Pbox 9000 has a very good SD picture quality.
Have you considered the Azbox HD Premium?

Hi
I have the AB ipbox 9000HD . See you tube report by DR DISH .
The picture quality is very good in SD and HD over my old Technomate.
Regarding the support . There are a number of sites SFTEAM which support this box well and I have been running E2 enigma which works great once loaded and added addons . Not tried the lastest E1 image .
File system is like the Dreambox so easy to down load to var area .Plus point is that its half the price of the DM8000.
Cheers

The Hd Comag box can record to USB and is only £99.
Also has a 2 year warranty and not tied in to Sly.
Sly + recorders will not work unless you subscribe to greedy Sly.:respect-055:

I have the comag HD 100 and have it hooked up to a terabyte hard drive with no problems at all and it records full length HD not like some other receivers. :)
