yes, unzip, put file on USB stick (FAT32 formated). When using USB menu from remote, do you see that file?

if not download patch from here for the correct model: 5000 Super or 5000. Unzip put stb on usb stick:

Go to thread above ,download patch & unzip to Usb
On T mate go to menu ,options turn off digi au.
place USB in rear of TMate
On remtote control go to green button and press ok
menu comes up select data transfer, click ok
and download patch
Machione should reboot and you should be ok
