freezing

hello, i am having a strange problem with my dm 800,the picture freezes on some hd channels but the sound carrys on as normal,the box itself doesnt freeze and when i change channel its fine for about ten minutes,am using nab v.10,thanks in advance

Is it the same HD channels each time? what channel list are you using, try using a different or more up to date one.
